This level is for those who are experienced in fitness and want to push your home workouts to the next level. This plan will challenge you physically and transform your at home workout experience. Learning how to increase the intensity of your workouts and improve your skill and technique, Hannah will motivate, guide, educate and encourage you to achieve your goals and set you on a path of success.
Our 6 week challenge is catered for everyone ! With three different fitness programs ( be- ginner, intermediate and advanced ) no matter your age, skill level or fitness YOU can do this challenge and I’m here to help.
What the power up challenge involves:
- A 6 week fitness plan ( beginner , intermediate or advanced )
- On going support ( your personal trainer Hannah) via text for any questions, advice. - 4 x 15 minute video calls and check ins from Hannah
- Exclusive access to the “Power up challenge community” Facebook page
- Video demonstrations of exercises
- Video workouts where you can train along side with Hannah
