RETURNS INFORMATION

Clothing Garments

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange only on faulty items (Australian customers only) for a gift card or credit note.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
We process all Australian returns within 2 business days of receiving your items, and within 4 business days for International returns. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Please email sales@fohxibody.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days on an outcome of your order.
Return shipping costs are paid for by customers expense.
Customers shopping from outside of Australia are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
